-- a group of moms a sound not working moms outside of the home some stay at home moms.

Republicans Democrats independents we've got everybody represented here I -- -- start with you -- senior year stay at home mom yet.

Did strike a chord with you what to this will.

They said yesterday Hillary -- -- it did I think it's a very noble profession whether you're working when you're not working it's very hard job and I can't think of anything better.

To do with your time and to raise your children.

There -- future.

Did anyone here feel offense at what she said yes yes here's -- and -- lovely and a -- I'll support it.

I think.

It from me it completely -- there and I.

I -- home I have two boys have an eleven year old and a six year old and have loved it.

Recently divorced I was considering for the transition mom -- I'm in graduate school student teaching.

Trying to find the balance and it's just it's checks such generic because.

Everybody's working I don't know any woman who it you know whether -- You you have you know a wonderful thing of being able to -- with the kids.

Or for whatever reason you are in the work -- it's -- finding the balance and she seemed to be trying to say that if you're state.

Home -- you may not appreciate.

What a working mom goes through that seems to be very.

Portraits -- yeah go ahead Elizabeth golf you're working on very poor choice of words but I think she was trying to make a point about.

Women's jobs in the economic recovery.

And you know clearly.

That staying at home -- is a very important job.

And you're accomplishing a tremendous amount by staying -- raising children.

By the same token women make their choice with their families.

To go out into the workforce it's very often economic.

And if you do if there's an inability.

She seemed to be suggesting that a stay at home mother doesn't understand.

What it's like to be a working mom I don't understand the issues that are faced by working -- -- -- -- Shot DS class warfare I mean it was because of economic reasons that she wasn't out there and and I feel like.

The Democrats are trying to make the election about the rich and the poor and they -- dividing this country at large.

I just think it was a -- also women attacking women I mean did my generation I have between eight year old 25 and fifteen we were told we could have -- all.

And you can't do it all and some of us choose to do it or try to I've been on both sides of the workforce working at home.

Working out of the home when I went into my workplace and spoke with the -- there they'd say oh you're coming back to where -- to are you kidding.

I'm here for a break you know.

Money morning candy like getting -- little -- -- and how we're working mom but.

But do you think that that was one of the things that jumped out at me tell me what you feel -- it is just the pitting of women against it's like.

We hat don't have a hard enough when -- stay home mom or a working mom.

To be it you know pitting us against each other as -- better -- one understands more.

You know it's just it felt a little device that you tell me we think caroling to stay clear signal stay on -- Yet before and we started talking on camera we talked a little bit amongst ourselves and we all sort of agree that I I don't think she where is really trying to.

Fan the flames of the mommy warrants.

It seemed like it was really an economic issue and it granted it was totally poorly worded what she said.

But I I think everybody here on this panel agrees that whether -- -- stay at home mom.

Or a working mom or I I work from home so I've seen it kind of from all angles you know I think.

Talking about class warfare like I'm sorry I am a liberal Democrat and I don't wanna have to feel sorry for -- rich lady who has -- maids and six how did did she make you feel sorry for -- no not at all in fact I feel like you know yet Enron may have had to do a lot of work she's got a husband who requires on -- every -- -- that's everywhere her landlady.

You know I think like it's just ridiculous we're not pitted against each other it's about helping women.

Make more money and be confident they can continue not -- can you not.

Relate to the financial troubles that America is having if you have money I mean President Obama got a lot of money is that -- he can't relate to attempt.

So women who are struggling airmen who are struggling -- the Beckman that's -- hazard so.

I.

Stay at home with my son and it's a choice but it's I'm lucky to have that choice and I think that.

And Romney is also -- lucky to have that choice.

So when we talk about it it's like a lot of working moms can't stay home with their kids in -- and act and I appreciate that this is being brought up because I think.

Frankly we need to talk about the policies.

That -- playing and upon how these policies affect women a a lot of working moms can't stay home I think that has been a lot of working -- -- is -- this myself.

Can I could.

But I choose to work and that's fine and an end you know the I can safer for women like me you don't wanna be made to feel guilty about that you know I feel it -- -- you like about -- and I think if your state Oman you wanna be made to feel.

-- you are contributing less to society because you made the choice to be with your kids full time holly (%expletive) that.

Just easy.

I think the.

The problem is if you look at what's gone on the media for the past three and four months regardless of whether or not you're Democrat or Republicans such as myself.

It has become a war on women.

The entire I mean you everything we see in the media is -- manufactured.

War on women -- more attacking each other.

If you're Republicans somehow you want women to stay home and be in the kitchen and that's not reality it's not what's true it's not.

And so this has been I am actually happy this happened yesterday because I think this allows us.

To go back to the core focus of what people care about this presidential election they care about the economy they care about.

Jobs they care about being able to provide for their families and all of the southern manufactured blaze is just.

I don't know if you've only got past Elizabeth -- to the back to you because you're an independent do you believe that there is a Republican war on women.

No I don't -- that this woman's comments on the democratic side reflects on how the Democratic Party fix.

No I don't think that I and again I mean it's piracy on both sides I think it's I think it's largely.

In on an effort to move along a a debate.

And to create Salma.

That it kind of controversy.

I think.

You know cooler heads prevailed generally after elections I think the main thing is that we need to stick together and I think one thing that's happening in this debate.

Is -- women are starting to say look.

No matter what you're doing -- -- what choice you make we honor these choices for our fellow women and we need to stick together and and.

And rallied Friday -- -- -- each other it feels like we're back and when would the let me just -- that the damage from those years.

And here's the heat back Scott has every right rough and your friends -- loans are.

-- yeah I.

And both for the past year I've done stay -- home on full time and work full time part time full time.

And real state so I do have that flexibility.

Of going to in from the office and I played the -- go to the office I do CL a census released.

I CNN you feel guilty because -- overly yes I -- yeah yeah.

I really south -- There they really equally as difficult.

I friends stayed home full time I French and go to work full time in -- -- Just kind of learn how to balance evidence suggested that the reason this woman's comments became such a big deal is because -- -- just saying this earlier on fox.

That it it it is.

Espouses a narrative that people -- heard from some Democrats before remember Hillary Clinton I guess I could have stayed at home and baked cookies and then Teresa Heinz Kerry.

Made it -- derogatory comment about Laura Bush choose and stay home and now we have another prominent Democrat -- is a frequent visitor to the White House and tied in very high.

Up -- democratic circles making -- come and the question is.

Does this.

Prolong a narrative or get back out there -- narrative that some people believe.

About democratic women and the way they feel about the choice that's not -- state.

I don't think that I don't think that about women but what I do think has there is a warn women and it's the policies.

It's policies that say that a woman whose rates needs vaginal probe its policies that saying.

If you have a child with an illness that an insurance company can take away care for your child.

It's these sorts of things that do affect women and I think that worrying how to get away and we'll hear from you.

What do you think.

Well I'm.

I'm a part time mother I am lucky that I in -- -- you.

Bring my daughter to work sometimes I have a -- -- -- many senators on the collar that comes two days a week.

So it's it depends on you know.

If I mean it's taken to wearing I'm not in particular what do you think about you do you think that there is there is a mentality among -- That if you stay -- if you choose to stay at home you are offering less that that is somehow you know I could've stayed at home and and bake cookies but I chose not to yeah I think that might just be.

There and they're freezing of that person I don't think it's like democratic republic and I just think you know -- Democrat you don't believe it here.

Many Republicans that have ever -- and you believe it's so it's just the way you what -- police I don't think it's as a democratic Republican I think.

The politics of it is making -- out to be wanna get and I think they kind of falsify play -- I think getting in and just for what it's worth I think some of us who make certain choices then start to feel guilty of actress and when you make ourselves feel better.

About not choosing the other thing that and then that that evolves and is something that is negative and not good for our fellow women because you you feel -- you make yourself feel better.

But putting down the other whereas we should all we live in Atlanta I think -- -- -- that yet thank you all so much we appreciate it.

We're taking your thoughts on the right now on Twitter follow me at Megyn Kelly up next did you ever --
