North Korea is increasingly becoming a country of hands and have -- but three million people living here in its capital Pyongyang.

But the twenty million people outside of this capital lived a much harder life and that could be the seeds a possible problems in this country.

We saw signs of an upgraded lifestyle there -- a million mobile phone to the capital -- other larger cities flashing cash.

Fashion looks a bit more up to date there -- a few more cars even some taxis on the street.
As well as a handful of western restaurants.
