North Korea is increasingly becoming a country of hands and have nots -- three million people living here in its capital Pyongyang.

Lived a relatively well provided for life.

But the twenty million people outside of this capital that a much harder life and that could be the seeds a possible problems in this country to come.

We saw signs of an upgraded lifestyle there -- a million -- -- phones in the capital and other larger cities flashing cash.

So you can't call internationally.

Fashion looks a bit more up to date there -- a few more cars and even some taxis on the street.

That's -- a handful of western restaurants.

Here claims it wants to spread the wealth of Iran saying this week and he would work towards a stronger economy.

But his main message was support for the military and its nuclear program -- all those weapons regardless of all else.

People we spoke with a four reasons you can only guess.

Expressed their support again we were closely monitored still it was good to get out with the people who were generally friendly.

And may be deserving of leaders with the people's interest in mind.
