There's there's a lot of things you can do to get that great breakfast and -- -- really feel as your potential which I truly do -- Well you know -- everybody says that and I know it's important silence on my daughter my thirteen year old same thing.
-- decade I have breakfast every morning because it is the most important meal of the day.
It definitely is and I know I couldn't get out the door without it.
I know I can get -- my training sessions and I need to do with throughout the whole day you have had a great practice.
Talking from about your expectations for the American teen -- in the swimming competition do you believe that we've got an amazing once again to go up against that.
I guess I did TSA -- -- in the -- all we had a lot of competitors this year a lot of countries with athletes who have.
The stepped up and been racing it really well so it -- an NB a great show that I know that.
Teen USA is going to be really strong both the men's and the women's teams and we are -- special things for us to look for this time around.
Well I mean you got we have to keep an eye out for my profiles the competition between hand and American Ryan -- I think now the angry she had -- -- As well as a lot in the new primaries that I had to be on stage.
This time around as in particular competition that you I was really close to your heart that you really hope that.
You know you -- to get at least a -- of the specific specific competition that's very important to you and I going to be a lot of races but.
The fact is -- one specific that you are really hoping to.

While the two under pressure -- is what I -- in 2008 at the gold medals so.
That and that is very dear to my heart it's always been my -- demand south.
I've really had been -- training for that event specifically and I'm really striving for the -- now on.

People today who are looking at you as someone.
That can inspire them when it comes to athletics but also as someone who can show them very clearly how important it is stick to your goals.
Yeah I -- the -- is a really great to keep you motivated but I think one of the most important things for a young athletes turn -- -- is.
Well first -- to swim for yourself that athletes just do it you love.
You you know is just doing for your coach for your parents back you are really succeed unless it's what you truly do warrants.
And that always that problem isn't it because a lot of folks who are competing in these competitions -- young people particularly.
They don't want to disappoint your folks or coaches and some of them and I love it but you're saying.
Do what you love.
Exactly and they you know they hear coaches and manager going to be -- just where you don't matter.
And for you personally you have personal -- your coach your hero your parents what what is motivate you throughout this process.
Well -- had a a lot of great coaches along the way and my coaches actually.
Taught me a whole new way of looking at this at the sport but.
You know -- -- have and I looked up to them and the support that they give me has been unbelievable.
