Hey there -- Down on the surface it looked like a terrible accident caused by the weather but behind the scenes there's a storm of blame after months of investigation.

Reports have unveiled several -- -- manager Helen Rollins who kept the band backstage for a prayer circle just moments.

Before this accident was asked by the state fair to delay the show to which she replied it's only rain that we can play.

Lawyers are seeking millions in damages for the families of the seven people who died in this tragedy and dozens of the victims who were injured.

When that stage collapsed at last summer's Indiana state fair.

Now a key factor in the outcome of the lawsuits will be determining who was responsible for the decision not to delay the concert.

State fair officials say -- concert promoter asked the -- twice to delay the concert because of severe weather conditions and concerns but was rejected.

Sugar land's lead singer Jennifer Nettles says that she doesn't know if anybody was told anything and when asked.

Nettles said quote I don't feel it's my responsibility or my management's responsibility to evacuate the fans and he's in danger -- care about -- safety.
