Well some something of that nature basically what these researchers found was they studied individuals who have generalized anxiety disorder which is a pretty serious form of anxiety.
And -- measured intelligence and they measured the amount of worrying that these folks engaged in and what they found was very strong relationship between those two.
So basically the folks that were -- the most were also the most intelligent out of that group.
This may be of comfort to people who tend to worry a lot or maybe it could lead -- to worry more.
-- I think that's right.
-- the main thing I'd say is don't worry about it.

The important thing to remember is that for individuals who have anxiety disorders can be very seriously can be very crippling and there are effective treatments out there are so what are some of that -- important to what are some some of the treatments they all involve medication or their other ways to treat this no.
No absolutely not there are some medications that have been shown to be effective but the first line treatment the first thing you should go to.
It is not medical treatment always and one of the most proven treatments is called acceptance and commitment therapy or -- there being.
And cognitive behavior therapy is another proven therapy and basically there forms of psychotherapy that are actually evaluated by real scientific research.
I have actually been shown to make real differences in the lives of people with anxiety disorders but when those things don't work their -- medicine there are drugs on the on the market anti anxiety pills that can sometimes be helpful as well.
That's correct yeah and and occasionally a combination of the two is the most effective treatment.
However it's always a good idea to go with the least intrusive treatments first which is generally considered to be non medical.
Well for those people who -- a lot they probably knew all of this information that we're talking about anyway although it's always helpful to get it out there's still an interest -- study.
