Port police officers have identified the naked man as John Brennan from Portland.
They say he took off all of his clothes while going through the ABC security checkpoint this evening around 530.
A spokesman says when interviewed -- told investigators that he flies a lot and hit -- -- does a form of protest.
Against TSA screeners to he felt were harassing him.
We spoke to one traveler and witness Brian Riley who took this picture and he also heard part of the exchange between the man and TSA agents.

Port of Portland police say John Brennan was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct an indecent exposure.
A spokesman says the situation caused -- screening lanes to be closed while some passengers covered their eyes and their children's eyes.
Police -- TSA screeners say they ask -- numerous times to put his clothes back on but he refused.
Investigators say the man was scheduled to travel from Portland to San Jose California.
But he is now been booked in jail.
