And you wash this along with this bill.
What struck you most about what we just saw.
Well number why the stay was asking for no bond or if there was a bond -- million dollars something that absolutely would be financially unattainable for George Zimmermann.
His attorney asking for a very small amount 151000 and the judge.
Based on all of the circumstances here going with a 150000.
Dollar bond.
And that is most likely going to easily be met by George there -- -- Whose parents testified via telephone today for their own safety.
That they would do everything they could even though there a very minimal financial means to put their house up.
As collateral so it does appear that George -- -- -- at some point.
Could be today could be over the weekend will make bond and then walk out of the Seminole County justice center in that courtroom -- parents of seventeen year old trade -- Martin.
Sabrina Fulton.
And Tracy -- They were looked very -- -- this was dramatic and intense for them.
Saying not a word as they walked into the court house seeing for the first time in flesh and blood in that courtroom the man who pulled the trigger killing.
-- sun although he claims it was absolutely self defense that he was being attacked by their son having his head smashed on the sidewalk.
As George Zimmermann surprisingly.
And dramatically.
Took the stand.
On his own behalf of his own bond hearing.
He basically issued a direct apology.
To the parents of -- bond -- saying I'm very sorry for the loss of your son.
I did not intend to do it I did not know whether he was armed or not.
But as far as the parents I am sad that they have lost their child.
During that.
Trip on Martin's mother looked away did not look at him Tracy Martin the father trip on did look at George Zimmermann but by all accounts.
Zimmerman and the family never may direct eye contact.
Back to you.
The real quick here I was curious about your sense of things on the ground there the judges leaving it up for law enforcement to determine whether or not George -- -- Can leave this state -- -- that his attorney requested leave the state with GPS.
And keep his location confidential.
-- your sense of things on the ground -- do you think that something that.
Line -- -- has is entertaining at this time it's even a possibility.
Well it's all brand new lab requesting that your client out on bond be allowed to live in another stage is certainly unusual.
But the judge did impose judge Kenneth Lester did impose some serious restrictions on Zimmerman.
Number one his passport was already surrendered this morning at the beginning of -- hearing number two we -- to have GPS.
Ankle bracelet on him at all times.
He does not.
Have the ability to drink alcohol.
Gets a curfew from 6 PM to 6 AM.
So his whereabouts and his contact with people specifically the family disallowed.
Very restricted by this judge big question though as you mentioned Martha would -- be allowed to live out of state pending the trial.
We found out this morning that his wife Shelly Zimmerman has been living out of state.
Very interesting -- thank you very much Phil Keating.
Live on the ground there and -- Florida more on the Zimmermann case.
