Continuing coverage now the Secret Service hooker scandal Fox News confirms that three more United States Secret Service agents are set to be fired now.

It is unclear at this time what their roles inside the agency war but the lawyer representing two of the -- tells Fox News radio quoting here.

There are apparently individuals with in the agency.

That are illegally leaking privacy protected information.

Let's get out of our legal panel former prosecutor called the board.

And criminal defense attorney drew fiddling and drew the defense attorneys are not coming out saying look this is trial by mob and they're also saying that someone inside the agency is leaking information how important is that in this case.

Well the privacy act of 1974 specifically applies to federal agencies and it really calls for information to not be leaked.

It mostly speaks about data but that being said the attorney is accurate when he says.

If it's violated it can only be violated with certain exceptions one would be a congressional inquiry.

That's not taken place yet when he reference is possibly people leaking committing.

-- violation of law.

There is a misdemeanor in the privacy act of 1974.

That says illegally leaking information from within the agency.

Does carry punishment of a misdemeanor.

Do you look at this location -- calling you think now one of the big defenses these guys are putting forth -- and we didn't know these were prostitutes way to stop these were twenty girls -- wanted to come back of those 'cause.

Because what our -- lines were so good.

That night I mean it just doesn't seem plausible at all these guys had no idea these were projects.

Well whether they -- whether they didn't remains to be seen but certainly their conduct it does not reflect well on either our country or on the government that they were there to protect so.

It's very irresponsible no matter how you slice it and whether or not they ultimately end up prosecuted are handled in an administrative way which cost them ultimately their salaries beyond what -- -- suffered.

And -- -- to be seen any evidence how we'll have to be sorted out once they have their hearings eat no matter how you slice it though.

Their behavior was most definitely.

And not -- reflective of what we want.

Our agents to be doing she she brings up a good wonder because -- talk about credibility they're talking about agents who were protecting the president's and other politicians and you go back to the one agent who was involved in this.

And also posted that comment about Sarah Palin saying that he was checking her out you know what I -- it just kind of it shows a pattern does not.

Yeah I mean look it's it's it's definitely falls into the not legal expression of -- -- You know what really interesting thing about this traces an overwhelming percentage probably over 95% of the Secret Service.

Doesn't even do protection they actually.

Handle financial transaction defense they -- protect identity and credit cards and all that that.

So we're talking about -- real little minority of Secret Service agents.

But what does make this case unique is that they were in a country.

Where prostitution was legal.

And and that really separates that I think the greatest threat to these agents -- Is if an investigation.

Called for by congress starts looking into past behavior and the Sarah Palin comment I think opens the door are they gonna start looking act.

Domestic -- international.

Work that the agency is done and has this happened before.

Once that happens the pandora's box swings wide open and it gets crazy.

And there's every indication they will start looking at past events -- called the board -- failing got to go thank you both.

Thank you.
