Every week viewers vote for your choice on line and this -- Friday lightning round hole -- this week.
Budget battles won with 56% of the vote we're back with the panel.
Charles there is no budget on the senate side.
And we heard a couple of weeks ago from the head of the DNC.
That there would be a budget that he was being held up in the -- always a matter.
Timing.
But it's not gonna happen Harry Reid is not gonna put the producer allow a vote on the budget and the reason is simple sixteen Democrats.
Going to be.
To -- -- reelected in November.
And if you vote on a budget you have to vote have to vote -- -- and a dozen issues and they want to run in the dark there's not going to be a budget proposed in the senate.
Chuck -- the president on the stump.
Every other day talking about Paul Ryan's budget does this hurt the argument on the democratic side if there's not a budget absolutely it did hurts the idea that the party as a whole does not have an alternative but what of course he can say is that I proposed a budget.
Should he he did not not not -- in fact he was turned down.
Or unanimously in congress but it's less of an issue for him I think -- for the folks running for the spots in the senate and house.
That's right there of the senate deserve reelection today is 1000 today 1087.
Since they didn't -- one.
We could have a a scenario in which.
We go from April 2009.
To April of 2013.
Without the senate passing a budget that's what looks like it.
May have to start having graphic or something like you're running and -- hostage we need to talk like a good -- -- hostage to get America -- -- the Secret Service.
Scandal continues to answer.
Continuing to roll -- Paper at twelve Byron.
How big a deal as this what do you make of the fallout from all of us what we still don't quite know because at least we know the congressional investigators believe that something.
Something this extensive as what happened in Colombia does not happen just for the first time ever.
They think there's more going on there I think politically.
It can turn into the same for the Republicans in the sense of GSA Secret Service fast and furious.
There failures of leadership at the top and I think you'll hear Republicans trying to.
Join us together in kind of -- omnibus.
Accusation against administration the Secret Service director chuck a brief President Obama today.
On this scandal continues to it seem.
There's another development almost everything.
Well I think there's a distinction you mentioned Secret Service director -- and Mitt Romney's gone out of his way to praise him and expressed confidence in him and essentially agree with President Obama.
That the top leadership the Secret Service is okay and has responded well to this.
So I think and that issue is less -- the scandal that has legs in terms of partisan politics is the GSA.
Because that's -- big amounts of taxpayer money being wasted and sort of flagrant flamboyant way and I think that one is the one that sticks drops.
I would agree I think basically -- services came home and doesn't.
Attached to -- present it's hard to make any connection whatsoever and ironically despite sort of the moral scale you want to put either of the scandals on.
The fact is that public money is what the GSA -- -- about.
The Democrats -- of the party of big government -- -- expanded spent all kinds of money.
And they use the word invest every time they are spending well in the investing in clowns and -- -- stuff and hot -- is.
Exactly what people who want so I think that's gonna hurt the party government and Republicans argue we wanna shrink it and -- an example of what happens when it grows.
Quickly down the -- about the keystone XL pipeline.
The project has a new proposed route.
And that they are moving forward how does this play politically and the Democrats get in line -- behind it.
I think present -- could be headed for defeat here he's on Tuesday he threatened a veto if the house passed this bill -- Keystone Pipeline.
They passed it with a veto proof majority including 69 Democrats -- who crossed party lines to vote against the president.
Last month the senate voted for they got eleven Democrats they need two more.
And you could have something passed by veto proof majority in house and filibuster proof majority in senate.
President is in a tight spot on this -- Well I predicted I remember when we first talked about this on the show this pipelines -- -- get built.
This just confirms to me the popular sentiment is too strong behind it if it's not build or improve this year will be in the next year -- president Charles.
The Republicans are hoping that and remain on the table and resolve.
And that the president on stage where he is on this issue it is a huge loser there's no way to explain.
The killing of the pipeline and the terms of diplomatic economic.
Energy what -- and he stuck with -- I'm surprised he hasn't used the changing of the -- as an excuse.
To parachute off -- of this disaster but he's -- -- -- he's gonna have to go delivered -- gonna hurt and again and again I hope he sticks with it.
That's after the battle of state --
