Forwarding -- -- presidential candidate -- -- just announcing on FOX & Friends that he is supporting Mitt Romney now for president and now.
He's about exactly what changed your moment because mr.
Giuliani you're on this curvy -- a couple months ago was endorsing new -- -- It was saying nice things about -- at a time in which he was under.
I think unfair attack he needed lifeline and I'm a good friend -- -- And for probably a full I think it worked out well would've been very honored and happy to support he would never really got to that point.
But I think that -- has won fair -- square and he's proven he's the most effective Republican.
He's had taken on everybody and one.
Incredible number of primaries.
And he's got to resume and the background for the job this is going to be an election about the economy.
And if I look at all the Republican field democratic field who better than Mitt Romney to carry our banner and to point out that this has been a failed economic program.
And that sensible.
Conservative economic principles.
This country have a boom and -- we will grow will grow.
Unlike anything we've actually predicted mr.
mayor during a half years ago when you running to get the nomination.
And even two weeks ago you were on there very much on the fence you weren't as impressed as you are now he just had a meeting.
With a former governor of Massachusetts what's changed what we had a very good meeting -- we talked extensively about the economy what he wants to do about it how he wants to handle taxes how we want to encourage business.
And we say encourage business we -- to give people jobs that they.
Weren't -- -- when we say encouragement as a Democrat jumble over there where for business.
With the business because that's how you get jobs before people that's how you get jobs for middle class people.
I think he has an understanding of the economy that's for deeper.
Then the president afforded -- them and most people and I think he has the strength and toughness to handle foreign policy.
Which is an issue that hasn't been covered in this campaign at all.
And -- when -- when I met with the candidates that was several of them to decide whether to endorse him I spent most my time talking about foreign policy.
-- I know there.
Where they are on the economy and actual pretty good on the economy there isn't much difference between him and Gingrich and Santorum on the economy and -- are better than Obama.
But I wanna see somebody that really stands up for America.
North he's somebody that can stand up to Iran and not write letters to the Ayatollah.
Like Michael bobbled it seems to I think Obama.
Has this down a very dangerous pass with Iran was this.
Pathetic desire to want to negotiate with him I think a lot of their decisions turn on that and I don't think you can see that would have been -- have argued that that some of the polls show that.
What's the most important criteria for a -- could be like ability.
Well you did that visit to this reminds me of you know go surgeon rushed them.
If I've got to terrible.
Cancerous they be operated on -- -- operated -- for prostate cancer I didn't go to the nicest doctor went to the best doctor.
The guy got a great personality until great jokes you for the knife in the wrong way -- yeah.
On the other hand if he's a great doctor that's my guy about Mitt Romney this is over done the drugs that nice guy and a good guy.
And he's just as personable I I -- both of -- -- -- -- but I know the president both of them very nice man.
President Obama.
It's not nice of the Mitt Romney a vial of budgeting and get that the first camera you've now in my safe to say that you did not feel that way the first timer when you're competing against a much.
But it didn't know it's gonna have to get over this too and and Rick.
When you have one of these things Italy's animosity there's no doubt about it but only time -- didn't have a with John McCain with John with an old friend.
And we sort of pals around a lot when we campaign against each other told a lot of jokes -- -- usually at once I can't repeat -- -- -- And I almost didn't run because of Jones -- it was that was easy for me I just got out and supported.
I see that now is a virtue.
I don't think the Democrats have any idea with Iran and against I mean that -- a tough tough campaign -- and and his campaign organization.
Is really tough and if they think they're gonna make this a campaign about Mitt Romney.
I'm betting that his campaign's gonna make any campaign about President Obama which after -- what it is this is the incumbent.
The vote's going to be do we want four more years of this disaster.
Or do we want to change -- and Mitt Romney is.
You know certainly.
A guy who can raise that issue I think very effective would you consider being a running -- -- -- I'm not on the list for running mate I'm sure that and I'm not thinking about running.
But I would help them in any way that I could and anything I can do this country cannot stand four more years of Barack Obama.
And that's certainly true the economy.
I believe the untold story -- -- even more to a foreign policy he's got -- going exactly the wrong direction.
And Rudy is always a pleasure thank you very much for example by the -- -- captains want to give phase of the yankees' nine -- come back in the water I was coming back from Serbia.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- Try and sign on and we'll do that all and it what a gift are my return home.
And against the red hundredth anniversary of Fenway Park and this is the way we celebrate.
--
