Hi everyone meteorologist Mario Molina and the fox inching weather center with your forecast for the northwest.

And also the midwest and the big story across the entire western half of the country is the extreme -- warm temperatures that -- been enjoying out here temperatures have been up to 25 degrees.

About what's typical season record set and today is gonna be another warm one for you guys 85 degrees will be your high in Billings Montana -- over -- and -- On the coast also unheard of -- -- -- -- in -- 72 degrees will be -- high temperature over in the city of Seattle and as we -- east where in the midwest should we do have some relatively cool temperatures out across the Great Lakes in the fifties for Green may.

And Chicago and also Indianapolis and then as -- take -- look -- more Saddam portions of the midwest not too -- actually very pleasant and not too far off from what's normal.

66 will be -- -- and going 67 over in Kansas City and Rapid City extremely warm.

85 degrees for a high temperature and get out and enjoy it we're not looking out much in the way of precipitation today across the midwest is going to be a beautiful day with those very pleasant temperatures it -- it a lot of sunshine but as we had -- westward.

We do have some pockets of moisture so we have a large ridge that's built into the west but there is some moisture that's basically trapped out there we're gonna see some showers.

-- across parts of the Rockies should not be a big story still a generally quiet weather pattern for you guys with those warm temperatures in place in that range.

That pretty much is slowly and -- -- forcing you gonna gradually -- a bit of a cool down.

As we had instant leader on this week but for Tuesday morning so looks good relatively quiet generally dry weather a couple of showers popping up here and there.

As we head into Tuesday and into Wednesday but then take a look at the West Coast.

We have a new storm system that will be arriving early Wednesday morning the salute and this -- -- -- bringing in those cooler temperatures.

And also areas of rain from Seattle down into Portland midwest still relatively quiet with some showers out across parts.
