Hi everyone I'm meteorologist -- -- now from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the southern plains.

As well as a southwest and today looks pretty warm out across Texas is going to be a beautiful day in very pleasant temperatures.

Eighty degrees for your kind San Antonio 77 over at Houston and Dallas in the mid seventies with the high today.

At 75 -- he had -- -- it'll be on the warm side across southwestern Texas El -- making it into the mid ninety's high at 95 degrees.

And -- heat continues across the southwest take a look at some of our highs 101 in Phoenix so we made -- into the triple digits over the weekend a little bit early out there these temperatures are at least 1020 and 25 degrees above was normal for this time of the year.

So again dealing with the heat a little bit early on 97 will be your high in Las Vegas and across Southern California -- actually a little bit cooler 65 for -- Los Angeles.

And 61 behind San Diego now we do have some pockets of moisture here and there we have some light showers out across western portions.

-- Texas they generally speaking it is a relatively quiet weather day today.

And we'll stay quiet here over the next two days across both the south and also portions of the southwest so again looking relatively quiet Tuesday morning.

Not expecting any proms for -- Tuesday morning commute and then as we head into Wednesday morning.

You're gonna start to see some moisture moving into the Pacific northwest and some of that will be impacting areas further off to this house all across parts of California.

-- northern parts of California on the coasts and even some moisture lingering right off the coast.

Los Angeles so expect to see some changes as we head into leader on this week but for now relatively warm.
