Cal Thomas is joining us now.

-- -- How good morning to you.

Always a pleasure to be your presence -- by Skype.

You know I don't know if you've been following the trade Ron Martin case but I just yes it was interesting the way the media has handled -- some news organizations going a little further than others in terms of releasing information that will be a very important part of a trial I don't know what the ethics are on that one.

You want to comment on that before we talk about your -- bash topic -- very.

You know for the media -- going back many many years there's always been the presumption.

That if it is -- black person vs a white person -- the white person must be in the wrong.

In this case -- Hispanic person vs a black person on nobody knows all the details yet that's what all of this legal processes about so let's not jump to conclusions.

But some of us remember the -- Tawana Brawley case where you had not only Al Sharpton jumping into the picture before facts were known yet even Bill Cosby the sainted Bill Cosby that didn't nobody doesn't like jumping NN reaching conclusions.

That this is -- you have to do so across -- situation where those rich white boys had to be guilty of breaking this African American prostitute it just had to be that way according to the media because.

African Americans are always on the losing end of life and white people -- the oppressors that's the way the media look at things.

And so are there not knowing her not -- much about history you have some of the same players Jesse Jackson.

The Al Sharpton and some of the other race staters.

Jumping into this and stirring up trouble threatening.

Now all kinds -- harm like a black Panthers and Louis Farrakhan and others.

And it it's quite disgusting frankly I think the media and everybody else ought to let the legal process take its course this isn't CSI.

Where it all get solved in 55 minutes plus commercials this is real life.

Let the legal process take its course and then you can draw you conclusions when it's all -- All right well I don't know anything you are gonna talk to us that is the -- bash on Earth Day.

But yeah all you Earth Day -- -- say happy earth yeah I -- Saturday.

Well I was up worshipping a higher authority Jamie I mean for -- for the secular left and some of the religious left.

This day which was yesterday.

Is there Easter Sunday this is the most important in a year where they get to worship mother -- and rail against PSAs and -- that would be those of us who don't believe in their I mean doctrine global warming got to look at some of the history of this courtesy of the Media Research Center goes back a long way and again Barbara -- in 1990 to CNN.

Environmental editor.

I quoted as saying I do have an ax to grind I want to -- a little subversive person in television.

And then we had a time magazine's site and senator Charles Alexander 1989.

Saying at a global warming conference quote.

I would freely admit on this issue we have crossed the boundary from news reporting to advocacy.

But one of my top ten favorites -- is Mark Phillips three CBS news.

Environmental reporter January 161990.

And he said this had nothing is done to reverse ozone damage scientists predict hundreds of millions of skin cancer cases in the US alone not to mention increased global warming.

That would turn much of the planet.

Into the desert I guess the folks in western new York and Western Pennsylvania.

Who were laboring under a foot and a half -- -- -- didn't get the memo.

Any snow where you are known on the NORTHERN IRELAND -- -- here had a little rain this morning the suns up now and -- just gorgeous here.
