How are you well -- you know is interesting on Sunday.

The editor of the New York Times the is that the I was -- now the Brisbane talked about.

He urged the Paper to a look much harder at the Barack Obama 2012.

He said that America was basically caught in this glow.

And that -- they had done Obama had the historic journey but there had been no historic journey I've done for.

I have for the two bushes because of father son only the second.

Time that that has happened in US history it's and and that that so he -- really said that the Paper really needs to be spending some time.

And really taking a very hard look at that I'm very unusual coming from the New York Times.

And their -- ombudsman.

A criticizing them -- not being.

Fair and balanced as we would say in this business.

And so I think that that's very interesting now on the juxtapose and that there is a pew study that just came out.

And what they said.

Is that they took a look at one month and they took I think it was November they took a look at and they -- 63%.

What was reported on the president President Obama.

Was related to campaign in campaign strategy it's only 21%.

Of the coverage had to do with policy.

And so they faulted the press for.

Doing that for essentially -- -- at being involved in the horse race.

But not really looking at his job as president positive or negative it just an even look at it only 21% of the articles.

And when you take a look at a sitting president.

That's that's pretty is down it's one other thing that the pew study found.

Was the Gingrich.

I'm really positive coverage and that really is that and that I sort of did the question that we can look at -- -- bashers.

Are the polls.

Running the coverage or as the coverage running the polls very interesting question I don't know that anybody's really taken a look at that.

So.

-- -- if they did take a look at it.

It what do you think the trend will be going forward now that well I think I think -- look at the press is on to this as a horse race like you have never seen.

Well I mean we have seen in another points and we actually sought a lot more.

Between and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

In last may and June that was you know Crazy Horse race.

But that everything I think has to be seen through that lens now and thoughtful coverage of issues that are coming up be in foreign policy.

Be issues around Social Security or health care.

I I have a feeling we're not gonna see much of that.

On its own without it also mentioning the horse race.

Right -- interesting I love both of those topics and you're in Washington and we miss you here today.

I don't know next week I think OK the gentlemen please -- You Allan Bloom thank you either.

Don't forget FOX News Watch -- in all the others counted to 301130 PM on Saturday is our friend Jon Scott is in the chair on that one.
