Little bit different between the president and the secretary of Homeland Security as the Secret Service investigation continues.

About the scandal in -- to date six secret services officers have lost other jobs or seventh has been cleared of serious misconduct into additional.

Employees have been cleared as well.

Two others have chosen to resign we're back with the panel.

See there's a Fox News poll one of the questions asked was.

About GSA and Secret Service the General Services Administration.

And Secret Service could it happen under any president 84% said yes and then 15% said bad management by this president but specifically on Secret Service.

-- do you think this is headed and and what is it.

Say about the agency overall well it's it's a good question where it's headed.

If you look at the news Secret Service broadly I think he's -- I agree with the president and this was a small group I don't think that -- likely to find widespread abuses of this type which isn't to say that we won't go back and hear about stories.

Sort of frat like behavior from ten years ago.

But look most people who work at the Secret Service are people who have risen through the ranks of law enforcement of the US military.

They're accomplished they work hard they take their job seriously the reason they do what they do.

-- because they're willing to sacrifice themselves for a greater good which is the opposite of the kind of behavior we saw.

On this plan Colombia where it was instant self gratification and and you know and and irresponsibility.

So I don't think this is represented of the of the agency.

More broadly and I don't also think that this is president Obama's problem I agree with the that the people pulled I don't think this falls in the lap of President Obama I would make a distinction however on the GSA.

-- of the people he put in charge GSA to people who were running his transition.

The chief of staff was somebody who worked for President Obama in 2004.

-- -- campaign -- form in the senate.

We're form on the transition continue to work form of the administration's so I think he owns more than GSA scandal that he -- the Secret Service -- every.

I agree I think that and -- an investigation could turn up you know something.

Very shocking.

This is a private kind of misconduct it was -- -- often -- not endemic within the agency and is.

Something that because it was exposed is probably gonna bring more accountability and more scrutiny.

To the people who remain there who still have there.

-- security clearances and are still on the job no -- Administration would want.

I'm a lack Secret Service for partying and looking the other way and obviously any event it threatens the president -- Where in the cabinet or the vice president it would be devastating even if it even if it was foiled.

And so it's just not the kind of thing I think that affects on the way so -- -- does which is a scandal involving.

You know subsidies and loan guarantees to political allies this could happen to any president and I don't think it's going to be like -- -- happen again.

Charles -- -- about the tone and once he answered that question on Jimmy Fallon show the it's a couple of knuckle heads I mean that's a couple of dozen.

Secret Service and military personnel on the investigations.

Pending people's careers.

Well he was off on the numbers but I mean he was -- other way people are traded on when Obama on this side finality of excited about this.

Scandal that they would it was real stuff happening in the Cold War US officials would be in Moscow that set him up with a woman.

With cameras -- blackmail the official and they would get they would have they would be able to turn.

Somebody into an -- against the United States had serious stuff.

Colombia is not an enemy country the Cold War is over there is no evidence whatsoever of any.

Blackmail or any breach of security are not an expert on this but I think cursory look at the women involved and they don't have the appearance of skilled double agents.

So I think it's you know it's -- Acting out -- complete break from and who shouldn't be doing them they've grown man they have a real responsibility.

Obviously a breach of discipline and obviously it has to be -- but.

-- we're trying to guide but I find it hard to get extremely upset about this there are real scandals GSA scandal.

I was -- in the country and there was this women's.

-- better -- two -- -- scale of ten after the people who say the protection the president could have been compromised you don't plus there's no evidence any -- -- -- -- didn't -- I mean he wasn't on the scene -- was -- compromise and information.

If there was a rumor a -- set up by Chavez to get information -- the president in jeopardy Hadley data differently there's no evidence.
