-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- It's an EPA official giving a speech back in 2010 and telling the audience that the -- you deal with energy producers domestically.

Is by crucify them -- it.

Good.

Let me.

It's very.

Reaction to this video Oklahoma senator James in -- to the senate floor and announced that he wants now to investigate the EPA in their so called crucify things.

Joining me now from Washington senator James in -- -- -- issues there.

Good -- version so I turns out that that EPA administrator now wishes that he would have used different words other than -- But what -- exactly mean by that -- trying to do.

Well you know he apologize for using that word that he went on to say we want to vigorously enforce.

Let's keep in mind this is all a part of the -- Obama's war on domestic energy.

You know he's the one he said that we we have that natural gas and clinical and all that that would got to stop hydraulic fracturing this is the war on hydraulic fracturing -- Stretching you taking it one cubic foot.

Natural gas out of a tight formation without using hydraulic fracturing.

This procedure -- my state of Oklahoma in 1949.

There's never been one documented case and ground water contamination.

And that is what brings this after what they're trying to do with the EPA attacking these people -- -- several examples on the floor.

But that range resources in Texas they went after they and they actually threatened to two cinema letter they're gonna find 50000 dollars today.

And then of course the courts intervene found that they were guilty of anything whether that's that tactics that had been used the enforcement -- so the EPA itself.

What what is what is your accusation that the president is pandering.

Two environmentalists.

And to the EPA.

Yet -- yet what he's doing is saying trying to make the public believe that he really is for.

Domestic energy and specifically natural gas and oil and and -- But at the same time he says that he's they're gonna take over the the regulation.

A process called hydraulic fracturing.

And that's only way you can get into these -- Cards tight formations.

So it's added it's an attack to try to satisfy both sides.

He he's whispering to the left -- -- will stop you from doing this by stopping hydraulic fracturing.

Didn't -- to the public at the same time we are for natural gas and all that.

Particularly with you know the high price against him and in elections coming up.

It's a big issue and.

So here's an apology that we were alluding to at the top of this segment from the administrator in region six of the EPA I apologize to those I have offended and regret my poor choice of words and it's interesting because when you see that video back from 2010.

He -- says at the beginning I probably shouldn't be saying this but I will anyway.

And maybe thinking that it would never get out there -- that somebody like yourself wouldn't be looking into it.

Well obviously -- keep in mind he's talking to the people who are in enforcement.

And he's saying he's gonna draw the picture there of the of the Romans -- and the people in in in Turkey as a go into these villages.

And crucify in the first five people -- they see.

This is how you get their intention.

This is how we get that -- in so.

You're read -- -- statement and it's it's pretty revealing.

And I think when he comes out and apologized for using using the word -- he's still getting his message across there intimidation.

Threats.

And how would you feel if you receive a letter from the EPA saying that they're gonna it.

Fine you 50000 dollars today you'd be counting how many days -- -- I can stay in business that I don't think how many people never act.

This just respond and go out of business we don't know that.

Senator James in -- launching his own investigation into this thanks for explaining to us this morning had a fantastic day that you -- --
