Well that was very very troubling from the beginning because we knew -- that that.
I would this bill could be very well.
Received like a lightning rod and so I was very cautious and careful when the bill is going through the legislature.
To make sure that it didn't include racial profiling has been very hard -- mean spirited we are not races we are not tickets.
And -- today I think was made very very -- By the -- of the Supreme Court.
What he spoke to the solicitor general.
Asking him that this case is not about racial profiling is it.
And -- solicitor general responded no it is not yet they have they have not put that forth as the centerpiece of their argument in this case it you know I want to talk politics with you have for a moment and there have been some who say that if this is shot down.
That it could work to the president's benefit in the general election because it would it would fire up the Hispanic vote which is obviously very crucial.
To anybody who wants to win this election when he -- about that.
Well if it if it if -- lose on this certainly it's going to be very attractive to illegal of aliens that it.
Are in the state of Arizona and that are in America because obviously it says we're not going to be a nation of laws we're not gonna so important.
And and understand that we are the that we believe in the rule of law and that's pretty un American in my opinion.
So it's gonna play to those people -- -- going now with with the direction of them trying to scare I think the Serb population.
