There isn't more outrage growing by the day on Capitol Hill after a video surfaces showing an EPA official calling for oil and gas companies to be crucified.

Senator Jim in -- described the comments on the floor of congress a bit earlier this week.

It was kind of like how the Roman graft used to -- little villages in the Mediterranean.

They go into a little Turkish town somewhere.

They'd find -- first five guys and they'd run into in they would crucify him crucified and on -- And then you know that town was really easy to manage for the next few years in so you make examples out of people who are in this case not -- -- compliant.

With the law.

Saturday and -- is -- Investigation and that statement sir good morning to you and welcome back to America's Newsroom good.

I've got a lot what goes through here in three short minutes okay the White House has apologized why is that not good enough.

Was not good enough because they lied.

Federal land is down 17%.

In the middle of this big boom now that just outrageous that they make a statement life.

That's when the video was created.

What kind of authority did he have within the EPA.

What they had too much authority -- that that's the problem he's.

The the he has a -- six district which includes my state of Oklahoma.

And he's able to do these things it's what he does that nobody knows about nobody knew about this for for a whole year.

And in the fact that he -- gone after his ascent of the senate for several of these companies -- several with that were not guilty of anything.

-- -- literate trashing him for a year damaging their reputation.

Threatening them in this case -- -- range resources but 33000 dollars a day fine.

Then when they found out that you know the courts intervened and they were guilty of anything.

Very quietly they withdrew their charges that's a -- began sealing and what daily caller did did.

Yeah I want to ask you about that daily -- dot com is reporting that this official that I just mentioned.

Dollars in taxpayer money.

From the federal government -- -- environmental projects that stretched from 2004.

To 2010 if you heard about that report what's your reaction.

Well I yes I've heard about the report -- callers to a news -- -- ironically we're doing is -- now it's just how much money is being spent on this whole agenda that the far left heads.

And of course there -- we can't lose sight of the fact.

What they're trying to do the Obama administration is to kill fossil -- in America.

In using this technique to try to stop hydraulic fracturing.

It's kind of I guess it's -- clever to do this -- he can act like he's promoting oil and gas at the same time.

Doing away and damaging the process of hydraulic fracturing.

And bill you can't get one cubic foot natural gas out of a tight formation without hydraulic fracturing.

And it's perfectly safe.
