Police spent a good part of the morning and early afternoon searching this house on Emerson street.

Looking for anything that might connect Michael Davis to four separate attacks that began Tuesday night with the murder that Gary deedrick.

The house sits just off Georgia avenue within blocks of all four attacks.

At a morning news conference DC police chief Cathy Lanier said Davis was taken into custody after plain clothes officers heard a woman's cry for help.

As they approached the victim they observed.
