Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Mario Molina from the fox extreme weather center with your forecast for the northeast.

And we had a very chilly -- early this morning we had some freeze warnings in effect across parts of New England any interior northeast because temperatures are below freezing yet again.

-- wrapping up the month and April chilly note out here and temperatures are below average.

Across northeast for some spots like New York City 61 degrees will be your high -- -- today Boston -- me.

Seeing a high at 58 degrees but on interior portions of the northeast we're actually starting to see a bit of a warm -- out there -- 75 will be your high to dame Pittsburgh 58 degrees.

Over -- buffalo in Charleston, West Virginia 86 degrees.

Four year high today and that's on the head of a storm system that's starting to move into portions of the Great Lakes producing some spotty showers and could actually bring.

A slight chance for severe storms later on this afternoon into this evening across parts of the state of Ohio.

Even Western Pennsylvania by late tonight and also portions of Indiana and Kentucky in the storm system just gonna slowly continue to push eastward.

Ahead of it we have southerly flow -- -- pulling in those.

Warmer temperatures other parts of the -- -- really won't be warming up anytime soon it won't be really until late in the week they're gonna start to notice a big.

Temperature change across parts of let's -- New York City so by late Monday into early Tuesday morning -- have some showers moving through parts of new York city Pennsylvania.

And parts of New England -- -- dealing with a heavier batches of rainfall from that storm system for your morning -- and 9 -- you're gonna need the umbrella from Boston.

Up into the state of Maine and then we're gonna have some lingering showers on across portions of the mid Atlantic and then you take a look at Wednesday morning another batch of showers and we're gonna have.

A couple of days here that we're gonna have some Harry showers rolling on -- with a couple of very weak disturbances.

Across portions of the northeast Ohio once again and West Virginia expect to see some moisture.

Early Wednesday morning as -- had to -- -- to work ahead of this system we're gonna expect.

Another break in between action now across most of the northeast from New York City up into Boston and the state of Maine.
