And also the midwest and is a relatively cool day today across parts of Seattle -- -- -- again -- only into the low fifties where high temperatures.

As he had eastward also relatively cool and Billings Montana with your high.

Expected this afternoon at 58 degrees but -- saying -- on the warm side.

High temperature at seventy and the midwest is also looking at temperatures on the warm side above average today.

Into the eighties from Sioux Falls -- portions Des Moines Kansas City and Saint Louis expecting a high temperature.

This afternoon that 81 degrees Minneapolis high temperature this afternoon 77 degrees and into the seventies as well for the city of Chicago but.

Honest warm air is going to be -- some trouble for us across portions of the midwest because we do have a risk to see some severe storms fire up later on this afternoon into this evening across parts.

A Minnesota down into Iowa and -- northern parts of the state of Missouri in northeastern portions of Kansas heads -- you could see again.

Some severe weather firing up with large hail damaging winds.

And even some isolated tornadoes possible specially around the Minnesota area and some bigger cities.

Included in the severe weather -- -- like Minneapolis and also down into Omaha Nebraska otherwise right now we already have some showers and thunderstorms rolling on through a lot of heavy rain.

Was picked up across Missouri and Oklahoma over the past two days.

More than six inches locally in some spots that did produce some flash flooding but we are expecting generally quiet weather for today with some lingering showers.

Here in there and across northwest we have a frontal system that's actually moving through parts of the Rockies and this storms has some is relatively quiet just producing some showers.

But of course as you -- -- higher elevations you could see some of that in the form of snow.

Like across by Wednesday morning -- across parts of western Montana and also into Idaho and heads -- Pacific northwest.

Why -- gonna have generally -- weather by Wednesday morning you're gonna have a more significant storm system impacting your region.

By Thursday morning with snow for the cascades and also a lot of lower elevation rain Thursday morning still dealing with some scattered showers and thunderstorms across parts of northern Wisconsin.
