And occupy activists are gathering for rallies and demonstrations from coast to coast those protests are aimed mainly at disrupting financial centers in cities like New York.

And San Francisco and already we are getting word of arrests.

Laura Ingle live in Manhattan's Bryant Park how many people showing up there Laura.

Organizers of today's event say that they have been no way encouraged protesters to go out and blocked entrances but of course there's a lot of different groups that are involved.
