It by his lawyer that he would be a free man remember was five or six days ago.

When he left somehow house arrest got out got to the US embassy where he's been saying for the last six days right -- trying to.

Is mad about this entire operate they are.

Because they had -- plainclothes thugs outside his house for very long time trying to keep him under house arrest.

With this -- self taught lawyer he was opposed to China's one child policy and if he had more than one child.

Before -- -- abortion he did not like that obviously and was trying to make it the human rights issue and did just that and so.

The Chinese really didn't want him suddenly popping up when Hillary Clinton came to town.

Well he knew she was coming.

And he made a run -- and wound up at the embassy and now the Chinese want us to apologize because he sought asylum with us.

Right for harboring him they're now demanding an apology from the US he's -- twenty months.

In house arrest and this morning.

His wife's whereabouts are unknown she was apparently escorted out of her house.

By censor Chinese authorities I think I'm gonna take -- to a hospital that web that's what everybody's hope -- him but you never know what's gonna happen with his family members who whom he.

Has been separated from for this brief time so it's questionable what's happening still with his family and -- kid at home.

But that is six year old daughter right but added there it doesn't seem as though any apology from the US is -- why do we have to Apollo.

Guys I mean the this guy was making it can't clearly it's not the United States over -- but the guy was making a case and he he knocks on the door and he says can I come in because they'd probably like to kill me and we said sure come on end and now we've got to apologize to China than that -- cannot politics -- a year ago when Hillary Clinton brought out and over in Honolulu this very case and -- called four -- You humanitarian effort on his part to let this person speak his mind.

And now she has chance to do that face to face you know this'll probably she said over and over again this -- -- -- last year she's empowered I believe -- the president says humanitarian.

Causes always come up -- we meet one on one with China.

So this might be an opportune time to not only apologize but say we did the right thing and say we're still concerned about his family's welfare and his own welfare after we leave.

Probably it's probably the biggest human rights -- -- come to the world stage since that guy stood in front of the tank -- -- square.

I mean this is very very visible.

And I don't think we're gonna apologized right we'll see what happens if there is -- like that new policy.
