Speaking at Texas take a listen to this next story a captain in the army National Guard has gone from fighting in the war on terror in Afghanistan to fighting his homeowner's association.

So -- and actually up until just before the lawsuit was filed and they never actually asked for us to submit.

And instead because there's outlaw that you can't that would make it harder for them to sue you so they just soon your wife.

Candy when you got the Paper that your own homeowners association with suing you what did you think.

Well I was a little surprised.

Also has a little stressed it it took a lot more stress on the -- -- that we are he had.

With him the cool aid and we have four children at home it just added an undue stress that we didn't need.

And really wasn't sure why I was being sued individually because he is his name is on the -- -- Great and in he's he actually purchase the home before we were married.

Right and probably the reason they didn't want to put his name on the -- capital is because of that service member provision where.

He would take longer you have to return from Afghanistan where you work are you wanted to build the mood swing set for your for kids.

Now it apparently is being litigated what what do get a -- Well we're still trying to negotiate with them as far as we have -- Multiple.

Offers to settle the case.

We've had individuals offer to help move the the swings so that cost would be to -- right.

But so far we have gotten no response from the homeowners association other -- they intend to litigate.

Well here's what the homeowners association here's a statement from them.

Relative to the lawsuit brought by the Spring Lake homeowners association against captain bill pride and his wife candy the suit is based on the construction of a play.

Set swing.

Swing set on the property of cap right in violation of the deed restrictions.

But it all comes back debt back to you ask somebody you and you've got a verbal located dads is -- say go ahead and build it.

And then you build it and then suddenly some of the neighbors that -- what the heck is that.

Absolutely no way we never actually got information about.

We heard there were complaints but they didn't say what the complaints -- -- Other than knowing that it was in view of the street which is not.

Something that this is in the -- and -- of the governing documents don't mention anything about.

So.

As it comes down to what we're going to do at this point those will continue to try to negotiate -- -- to the point that it goes into court and if it has to go to court and it'll -- important and hopefully you.

We'll see justice for fail on that.
