And then yeah.

Strong health care more bad news on obamacare turns out companies say it would be cheaper to drop employees.

From -- provided health care coverage and pay the fines rather recover them under the new plan -- what does that mean for all of you and all of us.

Doctor Mark Siegel from -- medical -- team and author of the inner pulse joins us live where you mark.

-- -- -- -- we good all of these numbers are a little disturbing right now because I think the average employer about 5200 dollars to provide insurance for an employee.

Next year it's gonna go up to 6500.

And here's the thing if you're in business why should I pay 6500.

Under obamacare if I could just -- that as you can see in the last line 2000 dollar fine instead.

Steve first of all the reason it's going up to 6500.

Is because we're getting less co pays and less deductibles under the under the new law also in other words it's gonna cost insurers more to provide the same service so they raise premiums there's nothing in the law that says they can't raise premiums -- that -- your big companies that wedeman I don't wanna pay that I'd rather pay the 2000.

But think about this -- 2000 per employee.

So if I was a company that had 48 employees you think I'm gonna go to fifty employees and pay a 100000 dollar penalty -- -- probably stick at 48 sure that's gonna help.

Help what what is to be no jobs in those companies so we have a big problem with companies decided not gonna do Obama care.

They're gonna take the penalty or companies deciding -- not gonna increase the number of employees now hold your horses I thought we heard this is going to be cheaper for everybody.

Back when they were trying to pass it well what that we've already burst out balloon but we have a 170.

Million people in the United States that get health care.

Health insurance from their employers so this is going to be a problem what's gonna happen if the 2014.

Is they're gonna get pushed on to the state exchanges.

A lot of it is -- to be subsidized by the federal government -- if you don't if you can't afford -- the state exchange is selling you right guess what the taxpayer comes in and supplements that we have this safety net again you know so we're paying for it out of pocket.

From taxpayer point of view people employers are gonna of course take the penalty.

That's if they have more than fifty employees now.

The house Ways and Means Committee the Republican branch of that -- some of the Republican congressman actually surveyed the fortune fortune 100 companies Steven found.

That's the 71 top fortune 100 company said that they could save 28 billion dollars right if they dumped their employees.

This is a perfect storm you're gonna see employees dumped from their capture -- which.

Too bad because people need it.

I in the meantime doctor -- you look so different in his suit last time I saw a you're clad in spandex.

Here is that near Amarillo Texas you did a great job covering.

President Bush and the wounded warrior right out there how how -- taxing was it.

On doctor Siegel actually Steve it was inspiring and the people that -- the greatest job with the vets -- some of their wounds are on -- we have dramatic brain injuries of close to a hundred more than a 100000 in -- and some of these men are really struggling to recover.

And the the story of the trip of the trip in the right here was that it got better each day.

They worked together they help each other pills that -- a team was literally like being in combat you could see the military working together for a common cause.

They got inspired by each other.

They inspired President Bush President Bush is a no nonsense guy he was one of them he wasn't there for a photo -- he was there to be part of it.

He he respects these men right feels responsible for these men he cares for these men and he was there inspiring them it was an incredible thing and you know what.

It actually it actually provides an inspiration for me to stay healthy and fit for the rest of my life absolutely.

Central Park just about ten blocks away -- -- I'm there.

Are a good job that's the doctor Martino --
