Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for the southeast.

And there will be another very warm day out across -- apple has been warm muggy humid we -- some scattered showers and thunderstorms.

This past weekend and we're gonna see just more of that activity here as we kick off the workweek on Monday 89 degrees will be your high temperature over Fort Myers.

-- as -- Tallahassee with a high at 8680.

Over in Atlanta and 85 in little rock and also in the city of Nashville on us we continue our track northward.

The -- loss on the warm side expecting -- -- 86.

And seeing Louis expecting high temperature this afternoon at 73 degrees so it's gonna be a little bit cooler is seamless because we actually have a cool front that's working its way -- -- And you guys using Willis are already seeing a lot of that moisture early today and we'll continue to see that moisture lingering throughout the day today in the system we'll continue to -- worked so while across parts of Georgia Carolinas we could see a spotty showers thunderstorm.

Heavier activity will be right along this frontal boundary across parts of Arkansas -- northeastern Texas Louisiana.

And into portions of the Ohio valley so that's -- and -- seeing some of the heavier rain heavier showers and thunderstorms from the storm system and even a slight chance for some of those storms.

To turn severe later on this afternoon into this -- so again keep that in mind from northeastern Texas.

Up into the Ohio about you have that risks of states like Arkansas western portions of -- -- could be seen some of strong storms.

By Tuesday morning though most of the activity you'll continue to track eastward so South Florida you could be seen some drenching rainfall parts of Georgia Carolinas.

Up into parts of the northeast so that's where you're releasing the heavier.

Moisture and by 9 me -- Wednesday morning lingering showers but not as heavy.

Across portions of the southeast on the backside of SSM Tennessee you guys are going to be looking at a beautiful Wednesday morning we dry weather.

And dry conditions as well expected for Arkansas Missouri but again those lingering showers right on the coastal areas.

And also for the state of Florida.
