Number of captured suspects will also rise dramatically -- what what about the focus on repeat offenders on the border -- Well I mean up to now really has been a revolving door right we capture illegals and -- they haven't committed a felony -- then send them back in now what they're gonna do is they're gonna categorize them in seven different categories first offenders in children would likely quickly be sent back but repeat offenders would be held and investigated to find out.

Why they keep coming back into the United States and then they'd be punished.

The goal here is to build better profiles of drug smugglers criminals and potential terrorists.

Not just independently trying to evaluate on whether the apprehensions -- up where they went down.

Of course the critics wonder where in the world you're gonna put all those illegal immigrants while you're investigating them because.
