Can't why would you caller who believes her number one and credibility issues galore.
Plus number two occasions saying the issue here is what it John Edwards now and when did he know it.
What can she say about that she's not gonna now.
He here's what I would say I would ask your questions on the prosecution is it by the way how much money did you need.
Is -- sure you're getting over a million -- sustain that apartment is true he had all these demands because then you would do would bring to the question -- where does that money come from and did you know that right.
-- but what -- who cares if she knew.
If she knew that went -- she knew that he knew but she's not gonna say she knew she's not gonna do that and even if she did know they'd -- would still -- to prove that.
He -- whatever she may have believed and the money didn't so I've I would say number -- -- it -- why do you need this if you need her to prove your case you weren't.
Big trouble it sounds like the speechwriter they call yesterday blew a hole in their defense mr.
Edwards -- -- -- Tracy Yang you know.
We -- I had this copy of the speech we thanked.
Fred bear and mr.
-- for the money to provide for.
And then John Edwards read it he -- came back later it's -- you can't change that part for legal reasons and so she's got the before and after guess is that smoking gun.
Oh yeah I think it is.
It's as close as you're gonna get a case like this because you are after all trying to prove so -- knowledge and intent you can be inside their brain with a camera.
So you know that's pretty good stuff -- that's that tend to indicate knowledge.
He's telling her.
To fix something it's for legal reasons -- illegal -- I wonder what -- there could be you know its tail right hit.
It's never the crime it's the cover up that thing thing here you know let's have a little bit about another case.
It's been in the news a lot which is the trade on -- shooting down in Florida George Zimmermann now facing second degree murder charges.
One of the questions is whether or not and get a fair trial cameras in the courtroom in this case and so much media attention you know something about this with -- -- Jason know it could cut.
Love it -- it -- get a fair trial.
Well see that's always the issue and it always is in a high profile case.
Anytime there's a lot of heat and lot of attention with lot of people weighing in for the -- -- even all put on in the courtroom.
It's a problem.
But I think it's a problem that they can overcome first of all it's going to be time.
In between then and now you know when when we actually go to trial I -- it would be a year out something close to that.
By then tempers -- -- com it'll be a different story that will help.
And then jury selection processor you have a good judge and somebody controls things and knows how to help pick a jury you can weed out the ones that are going to be biased.
And come in with a set opinion you're novel based in fact -- all -- -- degrees it's based on my life in the sense of my life experience in terms of I was a special trials prosecutors.
And those are different than regular prosecutors -- we pick up them.
Case the -- bodies found so we -- a lot of investigation with the cops and test and it's great fun so yeah I delivered the world that's the idea series of characters based on it.
A female DA and I thought it might you unite us.
-- -- How did people look at firm a book for the beach and vacation you'd be perfect fight can't always a pleasure thank you so much found guilty by degrees -- thank you still.
