Trying to lose weight what weight loss and staying -- is a struggle for many Americans but you would never think that would be the case for the CEO.

Well for the last 25 years David -- off has been battling the ability to diet lose weight and then keep -- off now David is chronicling his fight new book.

And lo and behold I started losing the -- Graham took me a while 99 years.

But I wasn't necessarily always doing at the right way but then I finally got to a point were realized you know I'm gonna have to finally change my habits once and for all.

If I'm never gonna lose weight and actually keep -- off -- haven't we had you fallen into dude how much -- it's just.

Simply -- in the he had no idea how bad it actually work for I think part of the problem is there's been a lot of our habits -- leave -- -- So you know it's kind of after dinner and you start Warner around the kitchen and there's a -- -- -- screaming and you're saying blogs have a -- -- -- -- -- -- And you're not even really aware of it's happening.

By your on the road and it's you know you just got -- from dinner and there's a -- burn -- hotel and certain.

Open it up and have added ten inches and those types of things like you're sort of so those are -- of -- -- members of habits that can actually be your best friends -- once and for all working in daily exercise and learning how to consistently have a healthy breakfast.

Those who have things are became my go to habits if you were over it allowed me eventually keep the weight off -- -- -- -- -- three years.

You know it's funny in some ways are different some -- of the same an affront both kind of amusing when men lose weight but tendered kind of go to war.

Because actually you know it's like we need for a lot of reasons that have nothing to do -- pretty hungry so in some ways they're not quite so different than women.

In terms of some of the challenges we deal with fortress a lot of times I am just amazed at how many people do we what you see right now one point two million members attend over 45000 Weight Watchers meetings he gets in the -- -- the peer pressure and support and another -- in a month.
