Happy Friday and meteorologist Janice -- watching the temperatures across the northwest.

75 in Portland that's pretty nice he'll take it right sixteen Jackson sixty in -- and 62 in Spokane.

Some of these areas are seeing temperatures.

At or slightly below average and in some cases we're actually gonna see a little bit of mountain snow over the Colorado Rockies as we have system working its way eastward.

Across the midwest you can see where that cold front that boundary between the cooler drier air and the more warm moist air is in place so eighty in Des -- 79 Saint Louis.

Meanwhile in back of that boundary were dealing with temperatures.

In the sixties well civility satellite radar as a nation we've got a system moving eastward little bit -- snow for the Rockies.

And then that is gonna continue to press east where we're not dealing with severe weather but we are going to see the potential for some showers as we head into Saturday.

And Sunday mainly across the Rockies and then across the Great Lakes.

And the midwest on Sunday so for the most part the northwest the northern plains remain fairly dry with exception to some areas that could see.

A slight chance for some showers and we could see some mountain snow again across portions of the Rockies.
