Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the -- extreme weather center with the forecast for the North -- -- going to be a relatively mild day out today across the northeast.

We're seeing temperatures -- slightly above where they should be at this time of the year 85.

Over in DC and Philadelphia and 79 will be your high temperature over -- New York City but as we head into interior portions.

Other -- -- temperatures a little bit cooler today and -- yesterday like in buffalo where you're gonna see a high temperature today.

At 66 degrees -- you are gonna have to deal -- some showers and storms yet again today's who've been dealing with them for the past two days has been very muggy out very humid.

And also a lot of cloud cover but this system is finally starting to exit the northeast will be -- you're gonna notice some sunshine moving on -- And things will be in to clear out so so some showers across new Acxiom boss and possible at least for the first half of today again that drier air will Begin to move on and behind this storm system.

And -- -- I've -- beautiful weather as we head into your Thursday here Friday.

And even into your weekend so it's going to be looking good for us with high pressure in place.
