Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Mario Molina from the spots -- weather center with your forecast for the southern plains.

As well as the south and west and it's going to be another warm day out across the -- of Texas today we're seeing those temperatures rebounding after we had a bit of cooler streak of temperatures over our state with some showers and storms again on the warmer -- today and also on -- -- -- will be getting some sunshine to accompany these warm temperatures.

One city in particular that's way warmer today as Dallas Texas.

Where we're using a high at 87 degrees 86 over an Oklahoma City an 89 degrees.

In the city of Little Rock, Arkansas passing continue to track -- is still going to be a hot day out across parts of the desert southwest second -- we're expecting a high.

At a 103 degrees one -- two in Tucson and making it into the triple digits or expecting to make into the triple digits.

This afternoon in the city of Las Vegas you've been in the upper 01.

Is -- temperature we're expecting otherwise of -- precipitation goes again drier out across Texas you could see some pop up showers and thunderstorms towards a coastal areas.

Right on the Gulf of Mexico also southeastern Texas you could see some activity.

And also across portions of the -- of Louisiana and Mississippi but again generally dry out across the plains Oklahoma Kansas you're going to be seeing a lot of sunshine.

A few showers here and -- prostate -- meantime very light stuff though not really seeing much in the way of rainfall.

Out there I there and then as we -- into -- Thursday morning relatively quiet for both the southwest and also the plains states.

And then as we -- into your Friday morning the scene goes once again.

But the dry weather plays for both -- the bad -- -- -- dry weather is that we've been dealing for -- with wildfires -- across Arizona and parts of Colorado lately.

So we're not really -- again much of a relief.

In the way and -- -- -- store for you guys to put to help put out those wildfires expect a warm temperatures to continue and also dry conditions.
