Right fired up during a campaign speech in Ohio man was he ever critics say this speech about Mitt Romney's economic policies is more class warfare have a close listen my.

I believe that my father believed that -- I.

I'm president I think I could be I could be widespread wildfires.

-- -- Give me a million.

Father dreamed as much of any rich -- brings.

We are.

Monica Crowley radio talk show host and Christopher Hahn former aide to senator Chuck Schumer both Fox News contributors.

Morning to both the -- I don't know if you get bats and -- I think we can debate this in two ways one is substance.

One -- style.

Start with the style Monica what do you think of that.

Well it for Republican had acted this way Democrats like Chris would be calling him and not but since it's Joseph Biden everybody goes it's -- well.

This and tell you act.

What on the substance of that -- let's set aside the style for a second ago about what sort of Howard Dean -- but again that's just out.

On the substance of this old classic Joseph Biden class warfare Obama asked.

Freaked out right I mean this message that they have been driving for the last three and a half years pitting Americans against each other.

Pitting of 1% against everybody else casting -- those who are wealthier.

As I'm not getting their fair share going against private jet owners -- to fly private jets millionaires and billionaire.

This is what they've done -- this is just an extension of that.

Rhetoric -- aren't we got both fair Chris style.

And now you know I thought that style was great.

This election's going to be decided by a very small percentage of voters in a -- State's most of that work in factories like that.

Most of them will never fly at a private yet.

Most of them understand that the Republican policies that Mitt Romney is trying to pass along.

Hurt them.

Both of them don't understand that Mitt Romney's business -- the experience cause some of these problems.

People like Mitt Romney buying up companies selling them off loading them with that.

He wants to make this this campaign about his business experience well let's talk about what.

That is -- and why he doesn't want to talk about he doesn't want to.

Diabetic period and a gradual left the -- problem -- why is he screaming at the people who support him.

It are you OK with I don't think it's.

Lip lifted Monica said that just go and we recall Republicans not I've worked government -- -- I was telling him -- question what are you cool with that it did just yesterday now.

If a problem with that I thought it was packed -- and -- very cool all right Monica irony is that with the bases look at -- Maybe that particular base with eating that up that look this is one of the primary reasons why Joseph Biden is on this ticket to try to reach out to blue collar voters and union folks that is not to -- when I was -- -- -- -- western Ohio Youngstown.

-- that's been -- for the past years losing manufacturing jobs problem -- the actual message here bill is that America is an aspiration of society.

Most of us aspire to actually be rich so any of this pounding rhetoric against the 1% or against the wealthy.

I think backfires and look.

The reason what he's talking out what he's talking about the American dream and my folks.

Three in a way you're rich -- in the sky is rich because he was able to dream and in the United States here's a statistic that's gonna knock your socks off.

80% of all millionaires are.

First generation.

They're not inheriting their well they're building -- through a lot of hard work and sacrifice so this kind of message got.

Bastion millionaires and billionaires that are look at average diet and my -- -- as much as they did.

I don't think I regulatory -- pop.

-- given the last word here.

Yeah well Monica 8% of millionaires maybe first generation but it -- but.

75%.

Of billionaires inherited their well.

So let me very clear here he was talking about the American dream he was saying we want to be rich in this country but we know that we've got to take good steps they get there and the way -- rock and -- -- with -- -- be a guy who -- society was -- all the -- -- for -- personal -- what he said it was that you've been through hell and back and that's true but they're not back yet and that's what this election's about.

Chris thanks Monica thanks to you gotta question the home that you want answered -- him out -- hammered foxnews.com.

Or on Twitter.

At Bill Hemmer just need one line because you last BY come and about forty minutes we're gonna take you.
