There's some great privacy settings in safe settings on different Internet browsers like safari chrome Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Let's take a look at somebody settings to make sure the kids are browsing safely on.
First turn on parental controls and computer this means you can limit the applications that your children use when their on line as well as a web sites that they frequent.
So on a Mac go to the system preferences and click on parental controls pretty easy right.
There's only one more step on -- PC click on the control panel then Internet options then finally click on contact.
Now out of the browsers each browser has its own phrasing for parental controls but they all performed very similar functions.
Open your browser and search for the setting feature in Internet Explorer -- in the Internet options now in Google Chrome.
It's in the preferences.
If you're concerned about what your children have seen on line check their browsing history and -- it's been cleaned out.
It may be a good time to have chat -- junior about responsible way practices.
No matter what browser you choose you can filter you Google results with Google safe search.
This means that Google won't point you towards questionable -- safe search will screen web sites that contain sexually explicit content.
And remove them from search results to.
If you're worried about your children turning this feature off.
But those kids these days are pretty -- web savvy you can put it a password on -- search so that they can't turn it off unless -- know your password.
To turn this on simply go to google.com.
Slash preferences -- and chances are your kids may be surfing the Internet on an iPad or another tablet or some other mobile device the great news is that there's an easy.
Parental control settings right from the saddens me.
Click on settings go to parental controls you can actually select what types of TV shows movies -- restricted content your kids can have access.
And there is no technology that is a good substitute for good parenting so make sure you talk to your kids.
