So you've got that scam but then you've got the other breakdown here which is the intelligence thing you these guys are supposed to have a periodic review to.

It wasn't just him at the -- and and there's another.

They have intelligence and El Paso was doing the same thing traveling to the Middle East on unauthorized trips with a passport -- was not supposed to have.

Depositing money abroad.

Bringing money back to this country they had no -- viewers coming from and they didn't catch it.

And that's for over fifteen years this guy I was there for 23 years in this -- went out for three and a half years so who's asleep at the will you got -- travel people.

And yet the intelligence oversight.

And the government would pay that without even seeing any kind of a back -- proceed now.
