Today Catholic institutions across the country filed more than a dozen lawsuits against the Obama administration.
Specifically targeting the health and human services mandate about contraception which they call a threat to religious freedom.
The archdiocese of Washington is among the plaintiffs' bar in the latest in a series of shots at Obama care.
Possibly less than a month before the US Supreme Court decides the fate of the health care law here's chief national correspondent Jim Angle.
43 Catholic organizations challenge the health care law saying it violates religious freedom by requiring a wide range of Catholic institutions to provide contraceptive coverage including drugs that induced abortion.
