Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the fox pushing weather center with your forecast for the northwest.

And also the midwest and it's going to be another relatively cool day out across the northwest so we've had this trot that's does gone into our region.

And that's bringing in basically a definite jet -- and it's bringing in some cooler temperatures into the northern Rockies take a look at Jackson today.

A high temperature -- only fifty degrees 62 in Billings.

And sixty -- -- -- high temperature over and Boise upper fifties or Seattle down into the city of Portland NASA -- -- where we actually have very warm conditions out across portions of the planes.

Like in Dodge City where you're expecting -- high temperature today at 96 degrees.

And I a lot of is warming is actually gonna continue pushing eastward as we head into Memorial Day weekend so the Great Lakes region down into parts of the Tennessee valley couldn't seem highs into the ninety's for this weekend you -- need to keep that in mind should it be do have any outdoor plans.

And as far as precipitation closing will be dealing with that today across parts of the upper midwest already coming down -- across parts of Minnesota and Dakotas and departs.

Of Nebraska and we could look and see some of those storms turn severe producing severe weather in the form of large hail damaging winds.

And even some tornadoes possible and -- zone will include parts of southern Minnesota.

Into parts of eastern Nebraska and also northern parts of central Kansas and -- data mining and today he could be seeing some warnings issued out there and make -- -- -- -- very seriously otherwise across northwest some of that white stuff that's actually some snow coming down out there.

On some of the highest elevation not really expecting significant accumulation but that visitation will continue to linger out there.

You at least Thursday morning here's future radar -- -- Thursday -- looking and a line of showers and storms from Minnesota down into parts of Kansas.

Lingering snow showers in the northwest.

And by Friday morning we can see some heavier snow coming down across parts of northern California into also the state of -- Every everyone I'm meteorologist -- I'm -- -- from the fox extreme weather center.
