-- Capitol Hill it's not often you see members of both parties these days working to -- -- getter and try to get things done but that's exactly what's happening this week in one sect.

These four senators just released a bipartisan bill.

That they say will create jobs and jumpstart the economy right away.

One of those men Florida senator Marco Rubio senator.

What's so special about this bill that broke both sides together.

Well there's nothing innovative in terms of in these are all ideas that come from job creators from you know that it starts with the notion that.

Most net new jobs are created by new businesses and business starting from scratch.

So we wanna make it easier for people to do that and one of the impediments are being able to start -- business is the way capital money you know access to investment money.

It's treated and so we would make changes to the tax code.

That would make it friendly -- for people to start new businesses and the other thing it -- that is attracting talent.

It's someone's got four million dollars and they want to open a business in the United States from overseas.

We should make it easier for them to do that not harder and we shouldn't be deporting Ph.D.s and we shouldn't be asking people with a master's degrees to go back home.

There was an article on the -- paper yesterday about how China is aggressively recruiting -- Chinese students who have studied in this country got -- doctorates degrees to go back.

And we can't have that kind of reverse brain drain so we we modernize the legal immigration system and change the way some of the visa programs work that it works better for America and better for American job.

Policy that goes that is disturbing and it's something -- could be rectified quickly if both sides can get together but it does touch on immigration and visas.

Which brings me to my next topic I don't know -- -- had a chance to see the poll but.

There is a poll out there at -- the polling between these that a community saying hey who would you vote for a -- election was today.

Would you vote for President Obama or would you vote for governor Romney and it's pretty much overwhelming as you saw the first screen 61% said that they would go for President Obama.

It seems as -- the Republican Party since George Bush got 40% when he first ran has been losing Hispanic vote why.

Well first of all -- -- missed the.

Are factors in place the reality -- that there are communities in this country where there are Americans and Hispanic descent.

That have been Democrats for twenty or thirty years or they live in communities that are largely democratic and if you're not part of the Democrat party.

What you can't participate in politics there so folks like that aren't gonna change their party affiliation and won election.

I'm and that number two I think the president has been working on this guy on the Hispanic community in some parts of this country.

For the better part of six to eight years of that will be the second issue but I do think that there is a large and growing number of Americans of Hispanic descent that are deeply concerned about the future.

They want to desperately accomplish their own dreams and more importantly they want to leave your children better off than themselves and is a very typical American sentiment.

I think it is profoundly felt and Hispanic community across this country.

And what Republicans need to do a better job consistently not just this election.

But for the next three decades is make the argument that the free enterprise system right is the only economic system in the world that's possible that's what we're here to defend.

And -- the president's policies are undermining and if we do that I think we're gonna do a lot better well -- work in your own version of the treatment they do a lot of research talking to both sides of the -- where he added that how is your DREAM Act better than the one that's on the books.

Well first of all it's not amnesty -- what we're trying to do is figure out a way to accommodate those children that find themselves and it's very unfortunate circumstance.

Without encouraging or rewarding illegal immigration now or in the future and so -- being very careful about how we do that we have a lot of people giving us input.

We want to make sure that the things that we're back I did not support the DREAM Act and saw wanna make sure that the things that are in the DREAM Act that don't work.

That we take care of in this new version but ultimately I view it not so much as an immigration issue as -- -- -- humanitarian issue.

I mean these are children that are in this country yet have no documents through no fault of their own we should figure out a way to accommodate them in a way that does not encourage or reward illegal immigration I think that's -- thing with something we can accomplish interviewed for our country and -- for example -- basic speculation he's doing it said the numbers.

If -- governor running doesn't do better with the Hispanic community he can't win.

Would you strongly to encourage him to endorse your version of the DREAM Act before November.

While we're gonna put out a plan that I hope we can get a lot of Republicans to support including obviously the leader of our party the nominee governor Romney.

So I would not be fair to ask -- to endorse -- right now because we haven't introduced that we haven't they put it finished.

That we haven't -- with a finishing touches on it however I do think I'm confident that when we come out with our plan it is a plan that most Republicans and most Americans will support.

Hopefully that will include the governor.

I don't want to -- we just had governor Romney on.

And -- you had.

This to say about you possibly being his running mate let's listen.

I'll just keep on fighting out there right I keep reading his speeches and and see it going out to rallies -- Republicans across the country recognize what's at stake in this election.

This is really a campaign about the future of America -- -- -- to ask ourselves who we really -- of people are we gonna become like Europe.

With a government dominated society or we get -- remain a free enterprise free people society with opportunity.

Has he's out there given that message more power to your reaction to reading your speech is following you so tightly that showed that shows a level of interest would you say senator.

Well we -- speeches too so -- but the truth is he's.

He's doing a great job -- think advancing the cause of what the Republican Party should be about and he laid it out perfectly honest answer this is exactly as much as anything else.

What this election is about as a choice about our identity.

Do -- remains special -- -- we want to become like everybody else and I think governor Romney and his presidency is going to be about making keeping America special.

About sums going -- in Florida the quinnipiac poll nonpartisan poll had him up by six in your state.

Thanks so much center for joining us and they had a busy day.

Thank you for having -- career.
