Basically enable Iraq to break up into different units that reflect and it's ethnic composition insanely and Kurds in the north and she -- Iraqis in the south and the Sunni heartland in the middle.

That this would be a better arrangement for Iraq.

Then a dominating centralized government he wrote this long before he became president it's actually the way things are kind of working out in Iraq.

-- he is not by any means a stupid man he has a very experienced foreign policy team around him.

And I think he's just a tremendous asset to the president I was finally intrigued.

By his coming out.
