I think that the race is important on four different levels -- -- bear -- First is obviously I think it's a precursor of the national election.
Wisconsin is very democratic state.

I think that'll send a big signal to the rest of the country.
That Obama is in trouble walker loses I think it'll energize the Democrats and send the signal that they can.
Win it's just like in the old days mean used to vote before the rest of the country and with the Bellwether it now Wisconsin in this race.
But there are three of the levels I think that this will determine the fate of education reform throughout the country if walker survives -- you will see.
Limits on teacher tenure and merit pay for teachers.
And much more flexibility from union control.
In all of the 49 of the states and he loses they'll drop dead.
I think the third thing is that it will free state and local governments from controlled by the union.
But if they lose some workers were called a big boost for the state and local workers unions.
And finally it has a direct financial impact because part of the -- reforms.
Said that workers can choose on their own web that a pay union dues or not rather than have them automatically deducted that catches on nationwide.
It'll really limit the power of the unions to bolster the Democratic Party.

We Reagan faced down private sector unions and it's absolutely crucial race for both sides.

And that still what I'll do -- so energized the Democrats is still within reach and that they will then the -- really crank it up and work really hard between June 5 and the election.

Huge amounts of their budget probably a third of it on education.
And that that is tightly controlled by the unions and this -- three that control.
This is absolutely pivotal we've tried everything in education reform dumping in more money higher standards all kinds of stuff.
The only thing that really works is freeing them of the union controlling giving people -- -- -- to way to send their children.
