It is not.

What's going on in Wisconsin right now that is actually a violent scuffle that broke out in the Ukrainian and dropped -- or parliament on Thursday as the deputies debated a bill allowing the official use of the Russian language in some parts of the country but we thought and certainly deer -- in New York thought that you might like to -- -- -- it gives you a sense of sort of how things are in Wisconsin right now they haven't come to -- though there was a domestic.

Case where one brand over husband in the car in a fight spurred by that Steve -- heard about it is good -- But Wisconsin is.

-- hot ticket right now deserve -- they're having a recall election this is power play.

And we have with us run behind -- who is.

A native of Wisconsin.

You are a Milwaukee and.

Yes I am okay fantastic warned that so little press I am so impressed I had again is the last innocent why am -- here you are I am on.

-- like Hillary Clinton that's -- have a better as a connection I'll.

After that at -- university of Pasadena if she's a lot of data that's one of yet.

Well let me say the reason I want to do -- I wanted to talk about this today as -- it's a pretty big deal and all of that stuff but also because I wanted to tell the Internet something we're going.

To Madison we're going into the city.

That probably have when we get there they'll be a big plaque birthplace of it's and were gonna be -- special reports going to be there.

We're gonna be there for the election that's going on a week from Tuesday so make sure you watch us then.

So we're trying to get -- on the -- -- we've got a couple of native badgers they can talk about this.

Now let's hear now what David Axelrod.

Said about.

Republican allegations that Democrats are abandoning the recall effort up there in the face of some different -- -- difficult holes.

The charge that -- he was going to Coakley the Wisconsin Democrat.

It's.

Sixty paid staffers.

Hundreds of lawyers to do ballot protection thousands of volunteers and now the DNC is sending out a fundraising.

Email to try and raise money for.

-- for mayor Barrett.

And -- mayor -- he's talking that there is Tom Barrett who is a democratic governor democratic mayor of Milwaukee who's running in a rematch.

Now against Scott Walker who used to be the county executive for Milwaukee County so these guys -- fighting each other for.

A long time they get to do another round.

So the question for you run.

Is do you think Democrats are seriously contest -- now where is this show.

-- been -- 68 points in the polls he's -- -- looks like he's in pretty good shape and recalls are.

To pull off this is I think this is really -- show.

For Democrats to show that they they have to show some type of enthusiasm but there's really not in the state.

The primary battle between.

Kathleen -- and time Barrett.

Really sucked the life follows the -- to suck the energy out of the the race.

Do you when tiger won the unions are not very happy -- We're back there are backing out got Catharine -- -- Kathleen volcanic rainfall who after -- -- as their candidate and she lost by about.

There is you know and when you see the Obama campaign.

Keep arm's length from this when you see you know Washington Democrats released trying to stay away from this as much as they can you know that's a signal that.

That Scott -- probably agree disagree.

I think the fact that I have not -- this.

-- bighorn national honor grads yeah big deal.

I'll look at what the Republicans are certainly playing it up and one of the arguments that they're making it as Wisconsin is sort of the Democrats Virginia this year.

Pretty good electoral prize -- it's a traditionally blue state has been blue I think since Reagan.

And Democrats have been able to count on it budget Republicans of Canada Virginia walker has come back if walker wins especially if he wins by stout margin does that improve Mitt Romney's chances in -- -- -- -- a good time.

I don't I don't.

I don't don't extrapolate I -- I tend to think those things don't really -- not much people vote very differently when it comes to statewide races and you know in in certain states not Jason -- don't you know don't -- and other states will have divided.

Government so I was consonants you know I haven't heard that -- is concerned about Wisconsin but.

Well it is it certainly is going to be contested Ron and Republicans think that they can do it.

Problem for your team though is that you have to -- we've been talking about here you've got three to win back.

You got Virginia Indiana and North Carolina that you did Mitt Romney has to win back to even be in contention.

Then you got to have Florida and Ohio and then the tables set -- then -- got picked off one that could be even as it is most New Hampshire but Iowa Wisconsin one of these other places Pennsylvania would be great.

Charlie brown and Lucy analogy comes to mind for Republicans Pennsylvania.

Is there a danger that Republicans get over here in Wisconsin there's party's national -- from there and spent too much time too -- -- She's up there no I don't think so I think you know when you have this hotly contested election of Scott Walker lost this would embolden the unions nationwide.

And they would take this and and and use it for fundraising purposes and and -- and and -- the enthusiasm.

Now that walker looks like he's going to win this is really able to conservatives this is really.

Well emboldened Republicans and he is making this -- -- this is making skywalker into a potential folk hero.

That he actually can take on the unions and win -- truth so do you think that Wisconsin program I there's a possibility hasn't gone -- since Ronald Reagan.

But there is a possibility when you when you see as much money -- -- of this race against Scott Walker and the fight.

On fiscal issues.

Yeah there's a silent majority in Wisconsin that could actually.

There's a lot less work less work for you if walker wins here is there a danger for Democrats.

That other governors will feel emboldened to do the same kinds of efforts against government -- yeah yeah yeah.

Well there you have thirty days she she can't be she was totally disabled so -- that I went to my cat.

America and that's also that's the -- -- I gave us.

We were just gonna -- -- -- West Virginia segment we're just gonna talk about that -- what's so great we're so grateful that you would make time for us today we have you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and -- all of those out there who have ever lost a loved one -- friend in -- service in this country just back from everybody here proxy you have our eternal gratitude.

And our deepest respect.

So good.
