Right now we've got information coming in from the customs and water at law enforcement saying that they in fact have taken the passenger.

Aboard this flight that has landed in Miami.

On its way back from Jamaica they have taken this man and -- custody.

And from what the TSA is saying he apparently did not actually try to storm the cockpit but seemed disoriented.

The local police in Miami are saying he may have been intoxicated.

But we haven't been able to firmly.
