There's breaking news again coming out of the John Edwards trial we're being told that reporters have been ordered outside of the courtroom something's going on there we're not exactly sure what separately ABC news is now reporting.

That a female juror.

Has been flirting with John Edwards at his trial.

One of the alternate jurors and attracting young woman -- apparently jet black hair.

ABC news says the -- clearly instigated the exchanges she smiles at him he smiles at her she giggles he blushes.

Let's bring in the lawyers former prosecutor Jeffrey Stein murder and criminal defense attorney -- John -- mean what can I say.

Flirting -- John Edwards at the trial there if true which we do not know yet what does -- do to the K.

Well first of all I'm going to suggest to you Trace that it is not true.

It is an all tactic.

A trial lawyers us trial lawyers when you are on trial you're looking from looking for any indication.

From -- -- -- the jury.

-- looking for a smile you're even looking for eye contact.

Smiling laughing jurors are not hanging juries they don't convict a juror who makes eye contact with any member of that defense it gives the defense some degree of comfort because if you're going to convict my client you're not looking at me so I would suggest to you it's probably not anything more than John Edwards being an old trial lawyer.

Who was a client.

-- looking for something from the Jerry.

Okay let's move on past that then Jeffrey because now they've been -- ordered out of the courtroom the reporters the jury said they wanted to stop working about thirty minutes ago they're still working what what do you sense is happening there.

I got a good so expressible I think this woman is a little more than -- -- just gone wrong with her in person I think she was flirting.

And I think what will happen is probably the judge will -- dismiss her as at all that a -- And then if there was -- any involvement.

Between higher and the rest of the jurors.

Then you'll go about what's going on now this probably -- the airing all of the other jurors and seeing that there I'm not.

They did by any of that -- pages or inappropriate conduct.

That's he has done for the case and this way there was not a chance of a mistrial.

What's happening now ready inside -- -- there were really -- the reporters out as the years -- -- maybe something is happening a possible verdict late on.

Pre holiday -- Friday well unfortunately again and I've also learned this the hard way.

Jurors faced with the prospect of having to come back after a long weekend suddenly.

Invariably.

Or at least many times decide.

Let's come up with a verdict.

My sense in this case the jurors have been so diligent.

And asked basically said -- give -- 2000 exhibit that's fine I doubt that they've come to a verdict so quickly it may very well be that they are deadlocked in the saying hey judge.

How does come back it doesn't matter we asked for 2000 exhibit we can't -- great.

-- ready selling -- -- -- got to go that's it.
