Every week viewers vote for your choice on line in this our Friday lightning round and -- drum roll.

This week Charles pick one with 48% of the vote.

Charles.

Once again I'm humbled.

Term.

Question is.

We know that it -- the Obama decision Obama -- decision will be coming down within a month.

We know that the liberals -- mobile lockstep an opponent which of the conservative justices is the likely -- to go.

And uphold the law and in the end will he or she the answer the correct answer is that even -- Kennedy's the one who's the swing vote.

The Chief Justice is a guy who has a sense of the legitimacy of the court.

And thinks about the decision that decided the 2000 election.

And how the narrowness and -- appear to be a partisan decision at least in perception.

Hurt the legitimacy of the court he would have been.

The most likely to go but here's where the correct answer becomes a complicated one.

Obama's -- Obama's attack.

On the court -- his attempt to intimidated by saying would be unprecedented undemocratic.

If the court overturned his obamacare I think most infamous -- Chief justice and the and that's the answer is none of them will go over and it will be overturned.

-- for yes.

I hate -- sound like Charles is.

Pulpit or anything but his analysis was sent to -- correct I thought from the beginning this -- be fought for.

-- -- the overturn the mandate to strike down the mended yes the only -- -- Typical question in my mind is how much of the law will go down with a mandate and on that one.

I do think that Kennedy is likely its conservative.

To in effect go over to the other side in the sense he might just settle for a small slice of -- -- Actually think.

The Chief Justice we'll just caught the way he sees that I think we should expect it to -- calculations about legitimacy and then reverse calculations about I don't but I don't like the attacks on me.

I think he knows that's a bad way to to be a Supreme Court justice in the back with the Supreme Court to conduct the -- so I think they'll all vote the way they think is correct I pass additional grounds.

And I think they'll they'll strike at Delphi for.

That's why you wanted to psychiatrist.

Consensus on the vote here next up possible case series of cases.

That could make it to the US Supreme Court this on religious freedom.

You're not hearing a lot about it a lot of other places but take a licences.

No religious university.

Or religious organization we'll have to pay for or refer for contraceptive services services.

And no religious institution will have to provide these services directly to exemptions say will defying church is only serving your own people only -- your -- people.

And only doing what you do to get people in your own faith.

That's against our faith.

The word Catholic means everybody so well our objection is that -- bureau of the government is attempting.

To define what -- church yes.

These lawsuits against the administration of the health care law this is an issue is not going away though.

-- -- in losses -- joined by university but Notre Dame university which is of little plays that I was happy to host President Obama a couple of years ago.

So I think it's not going away.

And I do think the the Obama administration.

I think actually this that will be struck down of the course is heavily requirements the insurance requirement.

Hundred religious freedom restoration act if not on -- -- as well.

Which is a bill that was brought forward by then represented Chuck Schumer and -- Ted Kennedy.

Orrin -- was a big player on the -- as well as bipartisan.

You know this is one of those things I think -- the health care law as a whole is struck down at the court.

Which is a possibility then this whole problem for the church's does go away as we have to wait and see what happens -- -- -- and in the meantime I think the politics of it.

May be a little bit choppy for the administration there this is in their view political play that helps them with women.

But the church leaders are not backing down and seems like it may have.

Price -- -- on on Catholic voters possibly.

-- if they don't press reports and what strikes me tell under reported it is.

In the mainstream press either because they don't understand how significant.

The ruling is it isn't about contraception yes you know it's about.

Restricting the scope of the definition of a church and making it so narrow that the First Amendment protections.

For the free exercise.

Becomes narrowed as well and -- -- it's an assault on.

A religious freedom or because the press wants to protect Obama communication which this would hurt him with Catholics.

I've quickly got a lot of our last topic Egypt we don't know the full extent of -- the results of that to the presidential election.

But one of the big questions there on the ground is whether the military will actually give up control in Cairo.

-- I think he would give up control at least ostensibly.

Legally and publicly but I think -- -- -- to have the role that the Turkish military had.

For eighty years since the -- revolution of being the power.

Behind the throne.

In Turkey it's always seen is a guarantor of the state.

And the guarantor of secularism so would always constrain what these elected officials that can do I think that's what the military will try to do -- each.

Charles Wright although the attention from the point of view the military will go down somewhat if the Muslim Brotherhood candidate does not win in the alternative -- -- former air force officer who served as prime minister under Mubarak wins in that case you have essentially a joint military regime still.

Don't think some I think the Muslim Brotherhood candidate will win the will be constrained somewhat by the military -- -- constrained one hopes by the responsibilities of governing and this might all have a pretty decent outcome.

I'm hoping -- -- this thing that's Friday night it's Friday night or they -- again that I wanted to update out of here and that's it had a bad.
