Small business may be bouncing back a new survey from Capital One bank shows more small companies reporting better business conditions.
And for the first time since the second quarter reporting eleven more small firms say their financial performance is better than a year earlier.
Many firms also reported that they plan to hire and invest more in fact 15% of firms say they have jobs they can't -- Number of firms reporting improved economic conditions was up eleven points in the first quarter.
Companies reporting that conditions were the same as a year earlier dropped nine points.
Almost half of small businesses included in the Capital One survey said their biggest challenge going forward is getting new customers they're also concerned about cash flow.

While many entrepreneurs are projecting better times ahead some are still wrestling with the federal government's Health Care Reform.
