Judge Catherine Eagles was scheduled to -- have a closed door session with attorneys on both sides.

The issue first thing this morning no word -- what came out of that closed door session however it's been fueling much speculation.

On Friday and ABC news producer published a blog suggesting.

One of the female alternate jurors might be flirting with John Edwards exchanging smiles with him in court.

But other journalists in the courtroom noted that Edwards who was a skilled trial lawyer.

Attempts to smile and make eye contact with all the jurors as they enter the room and some of those jurors return his glances.

Now all four alternate jurors start raising eyebrows last week as they arrived in court wearing color coordinated shirts.

On Thursday they wore yellow on Friday they all wore red.

But it's unclear whether any of this has anything to do with the juror issue mark -- it's.

Quite possible it's some something as mundane as one of the jurors having a scheduling conflict.
