Problems in the air leading to problems on the ground first the engine blew and then pieces of it.
Came raining down on the folks below thankfully nobody was hurt the pilot declaring an emergency circling back and landing safely.
You can see some of the damage right there though because engine parts some of them the size of his cell phone.
Had good they've actually missing people but hitting their cars instead.
Here a couple of people whose cars were damaged when the engine parts fell back to earth.

Those two people were filling up at the same gas station at the same time when these pieces came down witnesses called the police to report seeing smoke coming from the plane.
Just before those engine pieces came down this was an Air Canada flight as you mentioned -- from Toronto to Tokyo 777.
And Canadian officials are now investigating to find out exactly why this happened but again the good news.
No one was hurt.
