So there are reports now -- some new evidence that has surfaced in the 2005.

Case.

Of a missing Connecticut -- owner George Smith.

Vanished from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship after a long night of partying and celebrating with his bride.

George's wife Jennifer has said that she does not remember any of the events -- that evening.

Including a suppose a fight with her husband and leaving the nightclub there alone.

Meanwhile George Smith's family believes that the cruise line callously downplayed his disappearance as just a -- an accident.

They've also been traumatized by Royal Caribbean actions and their attempts.

We think about that very.

I think it's.

But we're hopeful that this videotape -- conjunction with all the other evidence that we've accumulated -- to this point we'll finally tour wraps.

Wanted this to go away that they haven't tried to pursue the kind of charged in this -- businessman.

The cruise lines they don't want and the scandal.

The FBI has actively investigated this and spend millions of dollars -- since.

Very soon after my brother's disappearance and they continue to be interest in the case.

The FBI does not investigate accidents.

Additionally there's also your witness reports have arguing on the boat him.

And of course now there has been a confirmation that Georgia's blood was found in the bad.

Unfortunately -- Jennifer hasn't pursued the case as far as we have she's moved on but.

We continue to fight and we're not going to stop until we get answers and justice for -- So where do where do we go from here -- we and I remember -- evidence of of the blood on the -- Just outside the window of the balcony area cracked my that's correct.

I sit and you make a great point -- it that you FBI still actively involved in this case there's some suggestion now that it would move from the Connecticut FBI to the New York -- Yeah correct every -- had discussions with the FBI's office in New York as we'll see US attorney's office and we are actually trying to move the case from Connecticut to New York.

In the -- that they Connecticut doesn't really have Daniel anymore the targets in this investigation residing in new York and Florida and potentially California.

There's really no -- -- anymore so -- at this point it really makes more sense to get a transfer to New York get a new team investigators on it and get some new energy and.

And we're just hopeful that the answers are coming.

My brother was loved by everyone knew him he was a lot of fun.

You know he was having fun and that -- like everyone else that he didn't deserve to be murder and he didn't deserve first time to be covered up.

I'm very sorry for your loss in your family and for all the questions that you still have unanswered and I hope you get answers to those questions and that.
