It is a new chapter in the GSA overspending -- that a top executive who is nicknamed the platinum big leaguer.

I want to start by apologizing.
I was not directly involved in the planning for the conference or any of the financial and contracting irregularities identified in the inspector general's report.
I did -- 102 and a half days of the conference there were things that seemed over the top but I believe they were not being paid for with government funds.
And -- conference's items like the tuxedos and the after our parties were paid for by individuals not the taxpayer.
And keep in mind -- man who is now back on the job at the jets say it's not the man from the hot tub that was Jeffrey -- he did not testify in front of congress after pleading the fifth.
And he left the GSA last week after being on administrative leave.
-- -- Are -- about that picture to leave as well that is with a couple of glasses a wine so fully the person you were talking about prior to the man backed up.
Was he punished at all before he came back to work do we -- Yes he was suspended without pay and -- TSA official -- just tell me on the phone that for.
Workers remain right now on administrative leave and Dave Foley is the only one who has returned back to work.
